- Laboratoires Dauget maintains its own olive grove, where traditional harvesting rituals are practiced with an unrelenting concern for quality. The organically grown olives are handpicked one by one, in order to preserve all the nutritional benefits of this vitamin-rich fruit. It takes seven kilos of olives to make one liter of oil.
